Biological Treatment Equipment

Biological treatment equipment for villages, towns, residential communities, schools, hotels, and small industrial projects need to address dispersed treatment points, limited site space, limited operating staff, and effluent requirements that differ depending on the project. Integrated wastewater treatment systems combine the main treatment units into packaged equipment, instead of building several independent treatment structures, making it easier to configure the plant to the actual flow rate, influent quality, and discharge requirements.

For decentralized sewage treatment, we provide two solutions, the rotating biological contactor (RBC) and the membrane bioreactor (MBR). The RBC utilizes an attached-growth biofilm process wherein rotating discs bring microorganisms into continuous, alternating contact with wastewater and air, and is suitable for domestic sewage and certain biodegradable industrial wastewater. Meanwhile, the MBR package plant integrates biological treatment with membrane separation, and hollow fiber membranes retain activated sludge and suspended solids, making it suitable for projects requiring higher effluent quality as well as reclaimed water reuse and recycling.
