Advanced Water Treatment Equipment
Advanced water treatment equipment is used after secondary treatment to further reduce nitrogen, phosphorus, and suspended solids where tighter effluent limits apply. These advanced wastewater treatment systems support stable effluent quality for municipal and industrial projects.
We offer two options, namely, denitrification deep bed filters and cloth media disc filters.
- Denitrification deep bed filter: This filtration system combines biological denitrification with deep-bed filtration and controlled carbon source dosing to remove nitrogen, phosphorus, and suspended solids (SS) in a single unit. Treatment ranges from 100 to 10,000 m³/h, suitable for projects with strict total nitrogen limits.
- Cloth media disc filter: This filtration system filters using a high-porosity fiber cloth, and online backwashing without interrupting water production. Filtration ratings range from 5 to 10 μm, with effluent ranging from less than 3 to 5 mg/L SS and up to 0.3 mg/L total phosphorus.
The two wastewater treatment systems can be used independently or in sequence for municipal wastewater treatment plant upgrading and retrofitting, tertiary effluent polishing, industrial wastewater advanced treatment, and reclaimed water reuse. System configurations can be customized to influent water quality and discharge requirements.
