Water Treatment Systems

Water treatment systems integrate water purification and filtration equipment by conditioning feedwater to the required quality. Residual chlorine, organics, suspended solids, and colloids are removed during pretreatment, followed by deep desalination. Effective pretreatment at the front end determines product water quality and directly impacts RO membrane life and system operating cost. The water purification and filtration equipment serves municipal water supply purification, industrial process water, boiler feedwater, and wastewater reclamation and reuse.
We provide activated carbon pressure filters, ultrafiltration (UF) water treatment systems, and reverse osmosis (RO) systems. These water treatment systems can be combined in the order of activated carbon adsorption, ultrafiltration retention, and reverse osmosis desalination.
- Activated carbon filters remove residual chlorine, organics, color, and odor, helping protect downstream membrane elements.
- Ultrafiltration uses membrane pores ranging from 0.01 to 0.1 μm to retain suspended solids, colloids, bacteria, and viruses
- Reverse osmosis provides deep desalination with salt rejection ranging from 95% to 99.7% and product-water capacity ranging from 0.5 to 20 m³/h.
The systems are used for drinking water treatment, process water treatment, boiler feedwater pretreatment, reclaimed water reuse, electronics and pharmaceutical water preparation, and seawater desalination configurable to the influent quality and product water requirements.
