Skid-Mounted Chemical Dosing System
The automatic chemical dosing system is utilized for chemical preparation and dosing in water supply and drainage, wastewater treatment, and the chemical, petroleum, power, textile, and pulp and paper industries. This wastewater treatment equipment dissolves, mixes, dilutes, stores, and doses solid, liquid, or concentrated chemicals in set quantities for coagulation, flocculation, phosphorus removal from wastewater, and pH neutralization.
The skid-mounted chemical dosing system is a packaged chemical dosing unit on an integrated skid. It consists of a solution tank, chemical mixer, filtration unit, chemical storage tank, metering pumps, piping, and a control system. Once chemicals are prepared to the set concentration, the automatic chemical metering system delivers them continuously or in set quantities to the designated dosing point.
