Screening and Pre-treatment Equipment

Bar Screen

Bar Screen

Bar screens remove solids from wastewater before it enters downstream treatment. Influent often carries large floating debris together with fine solids such as hair, fibers, and flakes, and wastewater headworks screening requirements depend on debris size, influent flow rate, and channel conditions. The appropriate wastewater treatment equipment for coarse screening or fine screening removes solids continuously at the headworks, reducing blockages, tangling, and operating load on pumps, piping, and downstream equipment.

Longdai offers two solid-liquid separation machines for different pretreatment needs. The CF-type multi-rake bar screen uses a continuous rotary rake chain with configurable bar spacing, built for continuous interception and lifting of larger solids. The XLN-type center-flow band screen filters through dual-side perforated panels with openings of 2, 3, 4, or 6 mm, built to capture hair, fibers, and small floating matter.

The CF-type multi-rake bar screen is a continuous mechanical screen designed for continuous solid-liquid separation that intercepts solid debris from incoming wastewater. The mechanical bar screen is installed at the inlets of municipal wastewater treatment plants, residential community wastewater pretreatment systems, municipal stormwater and sewage pumping stations, drinking water plants, power plant cooling water systems, etc.

The XLN-type center-flow band screen is a continuous fine screening device for solid-liquid separation in wastewater headworks treatment. As part of municipal and industrial wastewater equipment, it removes hair, fibers, flaky debris, and other small floating solids before they reach downstream treatment equipment.
